Amador County Branch 96 -- Jackson, California "An Organization Promoting the Independence and Dignity of Retirement"

The Branch Executive Committee meets on the First Thursday of the month in the American Legion Ambulance Training Room at 9:00 am. Members are invited to attend. The meeting place is directly above the American Legion Hall parking lot on Airport Road. The BEC then travels over to St. Sava in Jackson for the monthly luncheons. Amador Branch 96 currently has a membership of 200+, they meet at 11:30 am on the 1st Thursday of each month at St. Sava Mission. Come early and socialize with your fellow SIR members. The mission is located at 604 Mission, Jackson. Just turn in on Mission, travel past the Amador Sutter Hospital and look for signs that will direct you to the Mission. Agenda for the day is lunch, business meeting, chairman's reports on the special activity groups and a program of local interest. This year marks two special anniversaries for our branch. April is Branch 96's 30th anniversary and June is the branches 20th year meeting at the St. Sava Mission. A special "Thank you" to Danica Paul and the other members who provide and serve us our lunch.
