 RV CLUB NEWS
The SIR RV group has about 25
rigs and 50 people. We also have a couple dozen dogs and a few cats.
This year it looks like we will have a total of three outings.
Our first outing was at Casini
Ranch in Duncans Mills on the Russian River near Jenner. We had 11 rigs,
with eight or so dogs and a couple cats. All the rigs had a view of the
river, it was very nice and peaceful. the activities included golf,
hiking, wine tasting, kayaking, fishing, horseshoes, miscellaneous games and
side trips to Gualala, Fort Ross, Healdsburg, Occidental, Guerneville and more.
Dick and Melody Anderson masterminded this trip and were helped by Mel and Kathy
Glunt.
Our second outing was to the Eureka/Arcata
area. Dick Bilheimer is the Trail Boss assisted Bob Daniels.
Our third outing was to Oroville.
Harmon Higgins is the Trail Boss assisted by Gary DeRosa.

calendar for the 2009 Kickoff Luncheon at Mel's Diner on January 16, 2009
starting at 11:00 am.
Next year we would like to plan
about six outings. We need volunteers to be Trail Bosses and Assistants
for 2009's events. If you wish to join, see
